Booking & collections

Head to the booking section on our homepage, fill in your details, tell us roughly what you've got, and pick a time. It takes about two minutes. We collect Friday–Sunday across all of Auckland.

We collect Friday, Saturday, and Sunday across Auckland. If you need something outside those days, get in touch via Instagram and we'll see what we can do.

We collect across all of Auckland, though every booking goes through a quick qualification check based on the amount and quality of clothing you have. We're East Tamaki-based, so pickups around East Auckland and the CBD get first priority — but don't let that put you off booking if you're elsewhere in the city.

No strict minimum — we just ask that you've got a bag or more worth of clothing. If you're unsure, reach out on Instagram and we'll let you know.

Nope — just bag it up and we'll go through everything on the spot. No sorting, no washing required. We handle the rest.

Pricing & payment

Premium pieces (surf, skate, vintage, designer) are assessed individually at $5–15 per piece — e.g. $15 for a hoodie or fleece, $5 for a shirt or shorts. Men's premium pieces are especially in demand.

General adult clothing in wearable condition is priced at $3–7 per kg based on overall quality.

Worn, damaged, or low-value items (including children's clothing) are taken for donation at no charge.

We pay via bank transfer on the day of collection, processed before we leave. We do it this way for security and to keep our accounting clean — you'll have the payment sitting in your account straight away.

Our pricing is based on real resale data so the rates are fairly firm. If you think a specific piece has been undervalued — especially something vintage or branded — feel free to flag it and we'll take another look.

No hard feelings — you're under no obligation. If the offer doesn't work for you, we'll hand everything back. There's never any pressure.

What we accept

We focus on adult men's and women's clothing. We're especially keen on men's pieces — hoodies, fleeces, jackets, sweaters, jeans, and anything surf, skate, vintage, or designer.

Children's clothing can come along for donation but won't be purchased. We don't accept shoes, bags, homewares, or other non-clothing items.

Yes — worn or damaged clothing won't be purchased, but we'll still take it and donate it to our local Auckland charity partner. Nothing goes to landfill.

No — clothing only. We don't accept shoes, bags, belts, homewares, or other items. Bringing non-clothing items won't affect your booking, but we'll leave them behind.

Clean is always better, but not a hard requirement. Just have it reasonably presentable and we'll take it from there.

After we collect

Quality adult clothing gets resold through our vintage store The Arkhives and online platforms — giving each piece a new owner. Everything else is donated to our Auckland charity partner for families in need.

Nothing ends up in landfill. Every piece has somewhere to go.

We currently donate to Dove Hospice, serving the Glenn Innes and Pakuranga communities. It's a cause close to home given our East Auckland base. We're also in the process of formalising a long-term charity partnership, so this may evolve — but rest assured, donated clothing always goes somewhere meaningful.

We're a real business — we buy clothing to resell it, and we're upfront about that. Quality clothes stay in circulation longer, out of landfill, and you get paid. The charity donation is a genuine part of how we handle lower-value items.
