Two ways: drop your clothes to us in Pakuranga Heights any time, no appointment needed — or fill in the form and we'll arrange a free pickup if it's a CBD or East Auckland collection worth the trip.

Free pickup is currently limited to the CBD and East Auckland suburbs, Friday–Sunday. Anywhere else in Auckland, drop-off is always open — no minimum, no travel required on our end.

Free pickup currently covers the CBD and East Auckland suburbs — think Pakuranga, Howick, Botany, East Tamaki, and the surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in range? Mention your suburb when you fill in the form and we'll let you know, or you're always welcome to drop off instead.

No minimum for drop-off. For a free pickup, we're generally looking for at least 4 bags of clothing, or a smaller collection with genuine designer or vintage pieces in it.

Nope — just bag it up and we'll go through everything on the spot, whether that's at drop-off or a pickup. No sorting, no washing required.

We don't have set rates, but we do have a structure to how we assess: standout pieces (vintage, designer, streetwear, surf/skate, sportswear, quality denim) are paid individually. Everyday clothing in good condition is paid per kg for the whole collection. Worn, damaged, or low-value items are taken for donation at no charge.

Brand, condition, and resale demand. We're looking for pieces people actively search for. If something's in great condition but doesn't have that resale pull, it's priced with the rest of the collection. Flag any standout pieces when you get in touch and we'll look out for them.

Bank transfer, processed on the spot before we part ways — whether that's at drop-off or a pickup. It's our only payment method; we don't pay cash. Have your account number handy.

No hard feelings — you're under no obligation. If the offer doesn't work for you, we'll hand everything back. There's never any pressure.

We focus on adult men's and women's clothing. We're especially keen on vintage, designer, and streetwear pieces — surf, skate, sportswear, and quality denim — plus men's pieces in general, which are especially in demand right now.

Children's clothing can come along for donation but won't be purchased. We don't accept shoes, bags, homewares, or other non-clothing items.

Yes — worn or damaged clothing won't be purchased, but we'll still take it and donate it to one of our local charity partners. Nothing goes to landfill.

No — clothing only. We don't accept shoes, bags, belts, homewares, or other items. Bringing non-clothing items won't affect your booking, but we'll leave them behind.

Clean is always better, but not a hard requirement. Just have it reasonably presentable and we'll take it from there.

Quality adult clothing gets resold through our vintage store The Arkhives and online platforms — giving each piece a new owner. Everything else is donated to local charities and op shops.

Nothing ends up in landfill. Every piece has somewhere to go.

We donate to several local charities and op shops, including Dove Hospice, Pregnancy Choice, Red Cross, and the Salvation Army. Which one a particular item goes to depends on what's needed at the time — but it's always somewhere meaningful, never a bin.

We're a real business — we buy clothing to resell it, and we're upfront about that. Quality clothes stay in circulation longer, out of landfill, and you get paid. The charity donation is a genuine part of how we handle lower-value items.
