How we pay

Straightforward pricing.
Paid on the day.

We assess your clothing at the door and pay via bank transfer before we leave. No guessing, no follow-up invoices, no waiting.

Why the pickup and donation are free: Reselling quality clothing is what funds the whole operation. No fees, no catches — the resale value covers it.
The three grades

Every item gets sorted on the spot.

We make one overall grade decision for your collection — you'll know exactly what you're getting before we take anything.

Premium grade
Valuable & resellable clothing
$5–15
per piece · assessed individually
Reserved for pieces with real resale value — brands people actually seek out, condition that holds up, styles that move. These are assessed one by one, not lumped together. Men's pieces are especially sought after right now.
What qualifies
Vintage Levi's, Wrangler, Lee denim Surf & skate — Billabong, Quiksilver, Volcom, Ripcurl Outdoor & workwear — Carhartt, Patagonia, Arc'teryx Designer labels in good condition Rugby jerseys, band tees, graphic tees with character Quality men's shirts, jackets, trousers
Tip: flag any standout pieces when you book — we'll look out for them.
Standard grade
General adult clothing
$3–7
per kg · whole collection, one price
Most collections fall here. Wearable adult clothing in mixed condition — no standout pieces, but clean and sellable. We weigh the lot and pay a flat rate per kilogram. Simple, fast, no haggling.
What qualifies
Everyday adult men's and women's clothing Good condition, no major damage Mixed labels and styles Tops, bottoms, dresses, knitwear Coats and jackets without brand premium
A typical wardrobe clear-out — 3 bags of mixed adult clothing — usually lands here.
What we don't collect

Clothing only — and we're strict about it.

We focus entirely on adult clothing because that's where we can do our job properly. Everything else is outside our scope.

👟
No shoes or footwear
We don't collect shoes, boots, sandals, or any footwear — even high-end brands. This isn't something we'll make exceptions on.
👜
No bags or accessories
Handbags, backpacks, belts, hats, scarves — not accepted. Clothing only means clothing only.
🏠
No homewares or linen
Bedding, towels, curtains, cushions — none of it. We're a clothing service, not a general op shop collection.
🧸
No toys, books, or electronics
If it's not a piece of clothing, we can't take it. Kids' clothes are fine (donated) — everything else isn't.
Got a mix? That's fine — just bag your clothing separately and leave the rest. You don't need to sort clothing into grades; we do that. Just keep non-clothing items out of the bags.
On the day

How the assessment works.

01
We look through everything
We go through your bags at the door, pulling out anything that looks premium. This takes 5–15 minutes depending on the volume.
02
We make you an offer
Premium pieces get individual prices. The rest gets weighed. We give you a total and you decide — no pressure, no obligation to accept.
03
Paid before we leave
If you're happy, we pay via bank transfer on the spot. Everything we take goes with us — nothing gets left behind to sort later.

"We're a resale business — and we're upfront about that. Great clothing deserves a second life, not a landfill."

Common questions

Pricing FAQ.

No — just bag it up. We do all the sorting and grading on the day. You don't need to separate by grade, gender, or type. The only thing we ask is that non-clothing items (shoes, bags, homewares) aren't mixed in.
No problem. There's no obligation to accept. If the offer doesn't feel right, we leave empty-handed — no hard feelings, no fee. We'd rather you're comfortable with the deal than feel pressured.
Brand, condition, and resale demand. We're looking for pieces people actively search for — surf, skate, vintage denim, outdoor brands, designer labels. If something's in great condition but doesn't have that resale pull, it goes to standard grade. We'll always explain our reasoning if you ask.
We can give you a rough sense based on what you describe when you book — especially if you mention specific brands or pieces. But we can't give a firm quote without seeing the clothing. The assessment happens on the day.
Bank transfer, processed on the day before we leave your property. We don't pay cash. Make sure you have your account number handy — most people just have it saved in their phone.
Kids' clothing goes straight to Dove Hospice — we don't pay for it, but we do collect it. It won't go to landfill. If you have a bag of kids' stuff alongside adult clothing, just let us know and we'll keep it separate.
Volume doesn't change our per-piece or per-kg rate, but it does mean we'll take more time assessing and may find more premium pieces. Mention it when you book so we can plan enough time for the pickup.
